Events Calendar

Come to a reading group. Held monthly, it gives readers an opportunity to share their reading with others of like mind. Selections from a wide variety of books from fiction to poetry to the classics to devotional are chosen. Participants have a chance to read books that they might not otherwise have discovered or read on their own.

Book sale

We are planning a book sale the weekend of the Lincoln Park city-wide garage sale. Many books have recently been donated to the library and we don't have the room to keep them so please come to see what we have to sell. The price of the books will be $.50 for paperbacks and $1.00 for hardbacks with a few excpetions.

Saturday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sunday, June 8 from 12 noon to 4 p.m.

We take a break in the summer but pick a more extensive book to read for the month of September. We welcome ideas for the future book readings. There is a form that we have developed to help you make your suggestions. The form is based on the type of reading we do at various times of the year.
